<p>Weatherization Administrative Assistant</p> <p>North Kingstown, RI</p> <p>Full-Time (40 Hours)</p> <p>Responsibilities include: Assisting weatherization auditors as needed; may include help with work order management, billing concerns, client file management; Assisting clients: may include greeting applicants with appointments/walk-ins, addressing/resolving any inquiries, scheduling appointments. Assisting in the implementation of programs (Weatherization, and if necessary LiHEAP, Food Bank) by taking/completing/filing applications; Utilizing office equipment; Basic knowledge of computer programs; Conversing with vendors/contractors; Completing purchase orders for Contractors once weatherization has been completed; Maintaining necessary case notes and relevant spreadsheets.</p> <p>Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
