<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a CRM Admin in Ofallon, MO.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform for Sales and Service; Customize and configure the CRM system to meet business needs and provide ongoing support to users; Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure effective integration with other business systems </li><li>Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using entities, relationships, forms, JavaScript, views, workflows, plugins, business rules, and visualizations </li><li>Develop and implement workflows, plugins, and integrations with other business systems </li><li>Extend and support Power Portal solutions for Sales and Service teams </li><li>Lead teams of Dynamics Consultants and Developers, prioritizing incidents and requests </li><li>Partner with the Marketing Team and external consultants to support Dynamics Customer Insights, Real Time Journeys, and Customer Voice </li><li>Gather and document requirements for CRM customizations and enhancements </li><li>Extend and deploy Dynamics Sales and Customer Service module across multiple segments and plants </li><li>Support Deal Desk approvals triggered from Dynamics CE </li><li>Participate in an Agile team building a new Sales collaboration solution running on the Azure/Microsoft stack </li><li>Develop and support Dataverse-based Power BI Datasets and Dataflows </li><li>Rationalize Sales and Customer source data from various systems, centralizing in Dynamics CRM </li><li>Support custom SOAP services with C#, Dynamics CRM SDK, and .NET for external quoting systems </li><li>Conduct light business analysis and project management for Dynamics CRM Development </li><li>Provide ongoing support and training for CRM users </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues </li><li>Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM system </li><li>Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups </li><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations </li><li>Develop reporting and dashboards for stakeholders* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed </li><li>Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus </li></ul>
