You'll train, motivate, and schedule your team while collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Receiving.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, coach, and develop a shift of sanitation workers to meet safety and production objectives </li><li>Execute and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and SSOPs </li><li>Prepare for regulatory and customer inspections (FDA, USDA) </li><li>Manage sanitation chemical inventory and ensure proper titration and dispensing </li><li>Conduct employee performance evaluations and maintain positive union relations </li><li>Execute Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure all PPE compliance </li></ul> <p>What We Need</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting </li><li>Knowledge of Food Safety, FDA/USDA regulations, and food plant operations </li><li>Experience with pest control in a food plant environment </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities </li></ul> <p>Interested and qualified?</p> <p>Send your resume to Kristie at kharnish@blackrockres.com</p> <p>#LI-KH1</p>
