In this role, you'll focus on building engaging, effective training programs and development tools. This is a strategic role and perfect for someone passionate about helping people thrive through continuous learning and development. This is a chance to build and shape development programs from the ground up with a supportive leadership team. Duties will be performed with the support and direction of the Firms Department Heads.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Learning & Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful training programs across leadership, advisory, soft skills, and technology. </li><li>Oversee processes to maintain compliance with individual CPE records and licenses/membership renewals </li><li>Ensure regular progress reports are sent to employees with continuing education requirements </li><li>Confirm timely completion of all license and membership renewals </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create professional, engaging course content and materials. </li><li>Assist with L&D budget and assessment of program cost effectiveness </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create professional, engaging course content and materials. </li><li>Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms that support employee learning, engagement, and retention. </li><li>Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of training requirements, including progress reports for employees with continuing education or certification needs. </li><li>Evaluate learning outcomes and adjust strategies to improve participation, retention, and effectiveness. </li><li>Develop and monitor systems for training plans and have oversight of the Firms Mentor program </li><li>Other duties performed as assigned or required </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Masters degree is a plus. </li><li>Prior experience in L&D required, with a solid foundation in training and leading L&D principles and practices. </li><li>Proven results in building and delivering successful programs </li><li>Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and software-related tools </li><li>Experience designing and facilitating training across a variety of content areas and audiences. </li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>A thoughtful, people-first approach to workplace culture and learning. </li></ul> <p>Salary- $80,000 -$100,000</p> <p>Benefits -We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance, Culture, and More!</p> <p>EOE</p>
