<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and accommodate students' language proficiency levels. </li><li>Teach academic subjects, such as math and science, in a second language. </li><li>Assess students' academic and language development progress through formal and informal evaluations. </li><li>Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. </li><li>Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement and well-being. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the District Department Chair of ENL and Bilingual Programs K-5, teachers, and building administrators to enhance instructional practices and support student success. </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods, language acquisition research, and educational technology. </li><li>Incorporate cultural materials and perspectives into the curriculum to enhance students' learning experiences. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other required documentation. </li><li>Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students. </li></ul> <p>EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Applications for Full Time Probationary Instructional positions must include an introductory video.
