<p>Job Title: Inside Sales Representative</p> <p>Company: American Disposal Services, Manassas VA</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Inside Sales/Broker Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales in our disposal and recycling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a customer-first mentality.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sales Growth: Prospect and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns or service-related issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Brokerage Responsibilities: Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to facilitate solutions and ensure the best possible pricing and service offerings for clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Engagement: Establish rapport with clients to understand their waste and recycling needs, provide tailored service options, and close sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings in the waste disposal market.</p> </li><li> <p>Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining company profitability.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing top-tier support and service.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ year of inside sales, account management, or broker experience, preferably in the waste management, recycling, or related industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the waste management or environmental services sector is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul>
