Shifts can be scheduled 6 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday - Friday.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Perform a variety of manual labor tasks to support landscape maintenance of the Great Park facilities, recreation, and sports areas. </li><li>Assist with maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. </li><li>Support maintenance of irrigation systems, including programming and operating remote control devices to check irrigation systems. </li><li>Maintain and prepare athletic fields; paint field markings, and assist with renovating infields to maintain safe, playable characteristics. </li><li>Perform assigned maintenance, construction, and repair tasks. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of safe work practices and use of general construction tools and equipment. </li><li>Input data into computerized maintenance management system to perform job related tasks. Prepare work orders, inspection forms, and other documents as needed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical coursework in landscape maintenance or repair, and two years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. </li><li>Possession of a valid California driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Best Fit</p> <ul> <li>Experience with landscape repair and maintenance. </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to assist with maintenance needs </li></ul>
