Are you up for the Challenge?</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>Responsible for the assignment and timely execution of tasks related to the shipping objectives of the Breweries assigned to them.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure smooth work flows and effective communication between Brewery Management, Team Members, and 3PLs (Spotting & Welcome Center)</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and ensure the compliance of all Brewery safety and quality policies</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively address any communication gaps or misunderstandings between Control Tower and Brewery personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) & Reaction Plans are followed at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Identify areas to improve queue operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and react to operational efficiency measures throughout shift, update and communicate all shift end reporting for assigned Breweries</p> </li><li> <p>Address operational topics with sense of urgency and make sure Warehouse is servicing internal SLA's</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required; Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated strengths in project management, planning, complex problem-solving and influence.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work non-traditional shifts and weekends</p> </li></ul> <p>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</p> <p>Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
