The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in reviewing, and redlining procurement-related agreements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk tolerance, and compliance standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Contract Review</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review, and redline a wide range of procurement contracts, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Master Service Agreements (MSAs)</p> </li><li> <p>Statements of Work (SOWs)</p> </li><li> <p>Amendments and Change Orders</p> </li><li> <p>Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Propose commercially sound alternatives to protect the company's best interests.</p> </li></ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate contract documentation, and version control. </li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing guidelines, and approval workflows.
