This position is also responsible to complete maintenance repairs as necessary.?This position will require travel to different locations throughout the state such as Willingboro/Burlington area.</p> <p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure residential homes, grounds, and property are well maintained and in good repair at all times </li><li>Participate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planning </li><li>Assist in the coordination?of the maintenance and repair of Dungarvin's fleet of vehicles </li><li>Coordinate and secure external vendors for skilled maintenance repairs </li><li>ensure an organized, responsible, and controlled manner of acquiring and maintaining all tools, equipment and keys belonging to the organization. </li><li>Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and maintained for all repairs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What Makes You A Great Fit:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma?or GED </li><li>Two (2) years?experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair. </li><li>Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures. </li><li>Must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexibility to be on-call as need, and able to work independently and as a team member. </li><li>Appropriate transportation and basic tools required. </li><li>Ability to be on call in evenings and weekends </li><li>Good communication?is key in this role.?You'll?rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>At Dungarvin, diversity and inclusion are a part of what makes our organization strong.
