<p>The Well-being Coordinator will work closely with the Associate Director for Well-being to provide support for a holistic approach to student well-being on campus.</p> <p>As the Well-being Coordinator you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, direct and administer a comprehensive well-being promotion and education program rooted in theoretical framework and evidence-based best practices. </li><li>Use assessment metrics to guide areas of focus for programming, this position use a holistic well-being approach with a particular focus on physical well-being, financial literacy, and emotional well-being. </li><li>Recruit, train and supervise Well-being Ambassadors (peer education) and Financial Well-being Ambassadors. </li></ul> <p>The University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks to attract and retain a high performing and collaborative workforce.
