If you are energized by coaching people, creating remarkable guest moments, and delivering excellence in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, this role was designed for you.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>As our Front of House Hospitality Manager, you will own the guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or pulls into our drive-thru. You will lead and develop our hospitality team, set the standard for service excellence, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to genuine Heart & Hospitality. You will work closely with the Owner/Operator and senior leadership team, playing a key role in translating our vision into daily execution.</p> <p>This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be on the floor, in the dining room, at the drive-thru window - coaching in the moment and holding the standard with both urgency and care.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead "hands-on" front of house operations including guest service, dining room experience, drive-thru execution, and shift leadership </li><li>Manage and coach hospitality teams of 10 or more to achieve excellence in speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness </li><li>Create and protect a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels genuinely cared for </li><li>Lead and support opening or closing shifts while ensuring smooth handoffs and team alignment </li><li>Train and develop Team Leaders and Team Members through consistent feedback and intentional coaching </li><li>Monitor labor and front of house metrics to support sustainable growth and profitability </li><li>Enforce high standards of appearance, timeliness, and professionalism across your team </li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals, analyze performance, and celebrate wins </li><li>Represent Chick-fil-A West Garrisonville's values in the restaurant and in the community </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or a comparable fast-paced guest-facing environment </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) </li><li>Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience (Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred) </li><li>Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends </li><li>Strong track record of results in guest service, team leadership, and operational execution </li><li>Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work with a calm and solution-focused mindset </li><li>Natural leader who coaches, holds high standards, and leads by example </li><li>Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and Chick-fil-A's values </li></ul> <p>Who Thrives in This Role</p> <p>You are a confident, warm, servant-hearted leader who lights up around people - your team and your guests alike.
