<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Processor in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Process and review bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule </li><li>Manage payroll entries, deductions, adjustments, and reconciliations </li><li>Coordinate closely with HR on employee changes, benefits, and payroll-related updates </li><li>Support Paylocity administration, including data maintenance and system cleanup </li><li>Assist with payroll transition activities for newly acquired entities </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws, regulations, and company policies </li><li>Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed* Hands-on experience processing payroll end-to-end </li><li>Proven experience with bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles </li><li>Strong familiarity with payroll systems; Paylocity experience strongly preferred (ADP or similar systems acceptable) </li><li>Experience handling complex payroll deductions, including union dues, benefits, and deferred compensation </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage the full payroll process with minimal oversight </li><li>Comfortable working in a temporary, fast-moving environment </li></ul>
