Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive cross-functional programs in work groups that span multiple teams and manage stakeholders through communication and alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leadership in key program decision making, including scope definition, requirements gathering, staffing, planning, execution and governance of programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with leadership and cross-functional partners to define and apply execution metrics to monitor the health of programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop cross-functional tools and processes to transform the operation of the organization, and streamline processes and drive improvements to deliver scale and efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and build relationships with technical program managers functions across the AI, Security, Trust and Resilience team and the global SRE organization, sharing knowledge and experience to scale efforts.</p> </li></ul>
