<p>Your responsibilities</p> <p>The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing, monitoring and implementing activities to support the launch of new products, change management, and quality systems. The scope of this role is reviewing end-to-end supply chain deliverables, from first to last touch points, and ensuring readiness to meet all requirements through Master Data, Sales Agreements to Shipment, and ASNs. The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures program and launch readiness by bridging Logistics, Program Management, and OEM requirements to deliver flawless launches that meet customer expectations for quality, cost, and delivery.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same.</p> </li><li> <p>Working with various functions to support the following:</p> </li><li> <p>RFQs including cost analysis</p> </li><li> <p>new program launch utilizing PEP process & Projectworx</p> </li><li> <p>Change management utilizing BiChange</p> </li><li> <p>Quality systems utilizing BDMS, Saldo and Training Matrix</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Coordination utilizing customer portals</p> </li><li> <p>Align material for special builds and requests pertaining to new product</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks, monitors and leads Logistics New Product Launch / Change Management weekly meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Drives accountability across cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure deliverables are completed on time.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with Program Management team to support effective launches, meeting all timelines required for the business and customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate within the Logistics and Materials functions to ensure that all work is known and understood.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Supply Chain in all Customer Focused Teams, providing updates and managing follow-up action items.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly update the team on all program activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate gaps and issues appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors and communicates overdue BDMS documents, Training Matrix status and PEP status on the KPI plant PHAM tracker for red Logistics items.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors program accounts and tracks spend for the Logistics department:</p> </li><li> <p>Works with CAR to transfer personnel costs from Logistics department to a project.</p> </li><li> <p>Track program development hours in Projectworx.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor SRM shopping carts and purchase orders in SAP.</p> </li><li> <p>Support receiving invoices and purchase orders for nonstock material.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with Packaging and Material flow engineers:</p> </li><li> <p>New product launches</p> </li><li> <p>Changes tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Production layout reviews</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with customers and suppliers during ramp up phase of new processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks and monitors open findings for process improvements and leads the team to completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements during program launch phases.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and prepare for customer audits, scorecard reviews, and launch readiness assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and apply lessons learned from prior launches to improve standard work and prevent repeat issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Track program performance against established KPIs (on-time delivery, cost adherence, data accuracy) and report gaps to leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to complete deliverables on time, escalating risks and driving corrective actions when necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Company</p> <p>thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is a world class manufacturer of suspension solutions headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio USA. thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America supplies products to a wide range of Original Equipment Automotive Manufacturers as well as Aftermarket and Motorsports customers.
