<p>This position reports on-site.</p> <p>Summary: This position performs ongoing Asset Quality Review functions for Multifamily and Non-Owner Occupied Commercial Real Estate portfolios.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Understands and complies with the requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position </li><li>Understands and complies with the requirements of the Bank's Credit Policy </li><li>Assist in the periodic collection and filing of operating statements, lease summaries, and sponsor financial information of the existing Commercial Real Estate Portfolio </li><li>Analyze various types of financial information (e.g. financial statements, tax returns, etc.) provided by borrowers and use this information to complete AQR loan reviews and present results of the analysis to the Asset Quality Review Manager </li><li>Understand and can conclude appropriate risk-rating grades of credits within the Bank's Credit Policy </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.</p> <p>Geographic Location:</p> <ul> <li>Irvine, CA: $70,000 - $86,000 (Annually) </li></ul> <p>Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a First Foundation Inc. position. Currently, we cannot sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an Employment Visa.</p> <p>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 - 5 years previous experience as a bank credit analyst or related bank credit experience preferred </li><li>Multifamily loan analyses experience preferred </li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and loan structure required </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>PC proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel </li><li>Highly organized and flexible </li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and within prescribed deadlines </li><li>Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation </li><li>Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude. </li><li>Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
