<p>-Seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, to provide specialized instruction to children ages 3-5 in our substantially separate preschool settings for the 2025-26 school year, for a one year leave/reassignment.</p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction that meets diverse learning needs while maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment </li><li>Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) </li><li>Conduct student assessments to determine functional capabilities and make informed placement recommendations </li><li>Foster strong partnerships with families, teachers, instructional assistants, and therapists </li><li>Participate in IEP meetings </li><li>Maintain accurate, confidential student records and documentation </li><li>Research and implement evidence-based interventions and teaching strategies, follow district curricula for Math and ELA </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities and team collaboration organization and structure of his/her assigned classroom </li><li>Works collaboratively with other teachers, instructors, coordinators, and administration to support the overall needs of the students. </li><li>Plans and supervises the classroom schedule and staff. </li><li>Coordinates the schedules of all ancillary personnel involved in the classroom. </li><li>Keeps open and ongoing communication with each child's interdisciplinary team members. </li><li>Identifies needed materials and equipment under educational plans. </li><li>Responsible for the education of each student consistent with the goals and objectives of the IEP. </li><li>Ongoing assessment of each student's functioning level. </li><li>Draft IEP and progress notes. </li><li>Completion and distribution of progress notes, detailing each student's progress towards meeting their IEP goals. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the principal, administration, or the superintendent of schools. </li></ul>
