<p>Job Title: Safety Superintendent</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, lead multiple crews on projects daily, and maintain strong customer relationships with general contractors. The Superintendent will be self-motivated, capable of scheduling timely tasks, and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs for daily reports and spreadsheets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure safety of the crew </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints </li><li>Lead multiple crews on daily projects </li><li>Schedule and manage timely task completion </li><li>Maintain customer relationships with general contractors </li><li>Take information from estimating and complete projects </li><li>Use Microsoft Office programs for daily reports, spreadsheets, and delivery tickets </li><li>Maintain a clean driving record </li><li>Maintain a clean background </li><li>Recognize issues in advance and develop solutions with contractors </li><li>Ensure quality control by overseeing installers on site </li><li>Finish projects in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read blueprints </li><li>Construction management </li><li>Strong leadership skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Clean driving record </li><li>Clean background </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>OSHA certification (preferred) </li><li>Experience in construction and flooring </li><li>At least 1 year of experience working with a construction company </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Our Client provides flooring solutions to several commercial and multi-family projects. The work environment involves working directly with contractors on-site to ensure project completion.
