In this role, you'll help families overcome challenges, build skills, and create safer, healthier environments for children to thrive.</p> <p>If you're ready for meaningful, community-based work where every day brings the chance to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>Join us and help families grow stronger-together.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide family-centered case management focused on strengthening family functioning </li><li>Support children and youth in maintaining positive connections with their families </li><li>Deliver culturally and linguistically responsive services to diverse populations </li><li>Conduct home visits and provide individual, family, and group outreach </li><li>Help families access community resources and build natural support systems </li><li>Coach parents on effective communication, supervision, and nonviolent parenting strategies </li><li>Advocate for families in educational, legal, and social service settings </li><li>Assist in stabilizing children in foster care placements </li><li>Transport children and families as needed to appointments and services </li><li>Complete detailed documentation in electronic records for use by social workers, courts, and other professionals </li><li>Work toward achieving service goals within established timelines </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate</p> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage documentation effectively </li><li>Compassionate and culturally responsive </li><li>Comfortable working independently in the community and in family homes </li><li>Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about community resources and parenting supports </li><li>Bilingual (a plus, but not required) </li><li>Flexible and able to travel extensively within the service area </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET required </li><li>0-3 years of related experience in human services, family support, or a similar field </li><li>Valid Class C or Class D Driver's License </li><li>Reliable transportation with current registration, inspection, and insurance </li></ul>
