In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales support, operating R&S systems in fielded environments, creating After-Action Reviews (AARs), evaluating new products, and collaborating with internal and external team members across global locations to achieve business objectives.</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support, including conducting customer demonstrations, writing technical proposals, and creating quotes. </li><li>Take, derive, and translate customer needs/CONOPs into requirements. Create complete system architecture with high-level to detailed designs. - Ensure requirement compliance satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications with peer teams. </li><li>Work closely with the Project Management, Integration, and Production teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution and delivery. </li><li>Provide technical support from project initiation to closeout, bringing a requirement validation and customer satisfaction first mindset and serve as the technical interface between internal and external clients. </li><li>Orchestrate and conduct internal and customer system design and requirement events within project schedule and budget </li><li>Methodically evaluate and test new products, providing support to existing customers with upgrades. </li><li>Collaborate with team members internally and externally, fostering strong working relationships to achieve business objectives. </li><li>Operate R&S systems in fielded environments, ensuring customers' mission objectives are met. </li></ul> <p>Exciting insights into Rohde & Schwarz</p> <p>Our colleagues provide insider information about:</p> <ul> <li>Daily adventures and challenges </li><li>Our passionate team </li><li>The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutions </li></ul> <p>Your browser does not support the video tag</p> <p>Your qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SIGINT/RF/ISR systems in a customer-facing role. </li><li>Strong background in SIGINT systems integration. </li><li>Operational experience with government customers. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to relate SIGINT technologies to customer needs and effectively communicate this relationship. </li><li>Proven record of operating SIGINT and/or RF technologies and demonstrating to customers. </li><li>Excellent technical writing abilities to support the creation of engineering technical description documents. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively with customers. </li><li>Extensive proficiency in using Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel. </li><li>Must be a United States Citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance. </li></ul> <p>Interested?</p> <p>We are looking forward to receiving your application!</p> <p>The total compensation for this position is $90K-$120K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
