<p>Kforce is partnering with a client in the Chesterfield, MO area to hire a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will support key FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to help guide strategic decision-making. The Financial Analyst will evaluate financial data, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive performance and profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and modeling skills, along with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Analyst will partner with the CFO, FP&A team, and senior leadership to evaluate business performance against budget and long-term strategic goals </li><li>Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support data-driven decision-making </li><li>Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial results </li><li>Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investments, and cost-saving initiatives </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and support operational and strategic initiatives </li><li>Track KPIs and develop dashboards and presentations to provide visibility into performance </li><li>As a Financial Analyst, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency </li><li>Support short- and long-term financial planning, including forecasts and projections </li><li>Oversee variable compensation programs, including calculation and administration of commissions, bonuses, and incentives* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline required; CPA and/or MBA preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar finance function </li><li>Prior experience within the insurance industry or professional services environment is a plus </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus </li></ul>
