The Distribution Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include answering/routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling, and other clerical duties as directed.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory </li><li>Process and input all customer orders </li><li>Produce stock reports and ensure product availability </li><li>Prepare paperwork and information for customer work orders </li><li>Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests with Traffic and Operations </li><li>Follow up with other departments to meet service standards </li><li>Verify invoicing accuracy and prepare shipping/tracking information </li><li>Maintain damage records, backorder logs, and accurate account files </li><li>Communicate customer feedback to management </li><li>Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customers </li><li>Maintain and update procedure manuals for each account </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications </li><li>Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key </li><li>Experience with shipping software systems (UPS, FedEx) </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in varying facility conditions </li><li>Availability for irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed </li></ul> <p>How to Apply:</p> <p>If interested, apply now through Indeed or call/text us at 951-530-8580.</p> <p>Riverside CA 3147</p>
