Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support strategy definition for patient safety, regulatory, and quality spaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Define business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess technology solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize based on ROI.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with the business solution partner for Global patient safety, analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.</p> </li><li> <p>Research, gather, and synthesize information.</p> </li><li> <p>Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for team decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Pharmacovigilance is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced level of proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Business Process Design with Intermediate proficiency and Business Model Strategy with Intermediate proficiency are suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop innovative strategies for optimizing pharmacovigilance processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmacovigilance data to identify trends and potential risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement best practices in pharmacovigilance to enhance patient safety and product quality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Patient Safety Pharmacovigilance data - 5 years</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic advisor or consulting - 5 years</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
