<p>?? Calling All Math-Minded Leaders!</p> <p>Brooks Elementary is forming a Math Pact Leadership Team-and we're looking for 3 passionate educators to join the charge!</p> <p>?? Literacy has had its moment… now it's time for MATH to shine!</p> <p>We've built strong reading instruction over the past two years-now we're shifting focus to math, ensuring consistency and coherence in how our students experience it across all grade levels.</p> <p>?? What's the Math Pact Leadership Team?</p> <p>A team of 4 teacher leaders (K-5 representation) who will:</p> <p>?? Build shared math language and strategies across classrooms</p> <p>?? Support professional learning in math instruction</p> <p>?? Help guide schoolwide math decisions</p> <p>?? Collaborate with administration to strengthen our math culture</p> <p>?? Commitment: 7 hours total across the year (flexible scheduling)</p> <p>?? Compensation: Paid Team Lead Position</p> <p>?? We'll use The Math Pact as our guide to create a united vision and practice for excellent math instruction.</p> <p>??
