<p>The Senior Tax Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing and assisting with various federal and state tax reporting and compliance calculations, workpapers, forms and returns. The Senior Tax Analyst must demonstrate 1) proficiency with principles of federal and state income and indirect taxes, 2) working knowledge of GAAP rules governing accounting for Income Taxes as provided for under ASC 740 and 3) general understanding of GAAP accounting standards. Position requires awareness of all governmental imposed deadlines applicable to HGV, as well as internal deadlines including, but not limited to those imposed by corporate accounting, FPA, treasury and others.
