Rohrer Center Department Rohrer Center Days and Hours Flexible- Up to 20 hours per week Requisition Number Job Description</p> <ul> <li> <p>POSITION GOALS</p> </li><li> <p>The Esports Coach will help to develop/grow the Esports program and to provide additional support to our student-athletes.</p> </li><li> <p>The Esports Coach will remain consistent with Camden County College's acknowledgement of the inherent value and dignity of all individuals by creating and nurturing a learning and working environment that affirms and leverages our community's traditions, heritages, perspectives, and experiences. Rohrer Center in Cherry Hill</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit student athletes</p> </li><li> <p>Travel with team to and from competitions (where applicable)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor academic progress of student athletes</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with pre-game and post-game setup and production activities as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with promotional activities of Cougar Esports including in-person, online and through social media</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by the Esports Director</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge and coaching ability in one or more of the following esports titles: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League, or Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. </li><li>Familiarity with streaming platforms (such as Twitch.tv and YouTube) and streaming software. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, planning, leadership, attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and sound judgement. </li><li>Ability and commitment to recruit, instruct, and motivate college student-athletes. </li><li>A positive role model for young adults. </li><li>Ability to work with a diverse student population in a multicultural environment. </li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Special Instructions for Applicants Published Salary Range $20 per hour Job Open Date 07/09/2025 Job Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Job Category Temporary Application Types Accepted Main App - Applicant</p> <p>Supplemental Questions</p>
