<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Franklin & Marshall College is recruiting for a full-time Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst .</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>Location: F&M Campus - Lancaster, PA </li><li>Classification: Full-time, Exempt </li><li>Schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday. </li><li>Reports to: Associate Vice President, Human Resources </li><li>Department: Human Resources </li><li>Approved Hourly Rate: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst manages HR data, including employee records, payroll, and time off. HRIS analyst is responsible for maintaining the system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately enter, audit and maintain employment, benefit, and payroll related data in the Human Resources Information System so that benefits and payroll are processed properly and accurate data is available to support business needs. </li><li>Process/input for employee programs: Tuition Benefits, employment verifications, unemployment compensation, fiscal year leave roll, annual raises, faculty increases, and merit increases. </li><li>Responsible for employee document organization & storage (personnel files, record keeping). </li><li>Assist in initiating and supporting HRIS projects: populating, configuring, troubling shooting, testing and maintaining the information in BANNER. </li><li>Provide data and analysis of HRIS data including but not limited to leave balances, audit requests and COGNOS reporting. </li><li>Pull reports and verify data associated with Employee Recognition and other related events. </li><li>Provide backup for the operations of the Human Resources office. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training. </li><li>At least 3 years of related professional experience. </li><li>Proficiency with Database Management systems. </li><li>Ability to think critically and analytically. </li><li>Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive) </li><li>Evidence of a commitment to community and belonging. </li><li>Successful interview. </li><li>Successful completion of background checks. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Prior experience with Banner and COGNOS. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks, a criminal background verification, and verification of credentials.
