This role supports the delivery and development of applied sports science initiatives to promote optimal health, wellness, and performance of University of Colorado student-athletes. Our faculty, staff, and students work with the broader community to establish outstanding connections that have lasting outcomes-both across Colorado and around the world.</p> <p>What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be</p> <p>The Sports Science Intern will assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down performance monitoring equipment such as GPS units, heart rate monitors, and force plates. They will assist with collecting, organizing, and managing data related to athlete workload, recovery, readiness, and performance while integrating it into a centralized athlete management system. This Intern will work in a collaborative manner to develop reports and visualizations, connect with an interdisciplinary performance team, and ensure compliance with institutional data privacy standards.</p> <p>What You Should Know</p> <ul> <li>This is a temporary, on-call position. Weekly hours will vary based on sport assignment and competitive season.
