<p>East Hill Medical Center is seeking a full-time dentist for our growing organization.</p> <p>We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in downtown Auburn, NY. We have a brand new office, state of the art equipment, choice of products and will purchase the tools you need for seeing patients. East Hill Medical Center matches up to 4% of employee's contribution.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Examines patients to diagnose and treat oral and dental conditions. </li><li>Provides routine care of patients including but not limited to; Examination of head and neck; administration of medication; periodontal therapy; x-rays and follow up maintenance checks. </li><li>Management of emergencies including but not limited to; control of acute hemorrhages, anaphylaxis, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and seizures. </li><li>Diagnosis, treatment and management for illnesses and diseases that present in the office. </li><li>Conducts procedures related to routine care or to symptoms exhibited during office visit including but not limited to; Restorations, non-surgical extractions, pulpotomy, dentures, and incision and drainage. </li><li>Provides consultation with specialist regarding administration of care to patient as applicable. </li><li>Documents care provided in the Electronic Medical Record. </li><li>Participates in Quality Improvement initiatives for the dental office including peer review. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality of all patient information. </li><li>Current unrestricted NYS Dental License. </li><li>CPR Certification. </li><li>Infection Control Certificate. </li><li>Organized with great attention to detail. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and community partners. </li><li>Handle confidentiality appropriately. </li><li>Ability to provide quality customer service to each and every patient. </li><li>Experience with Dentrix and Medent, preferred. </li><li>Flexibility to work between our main dental location as well as our School Based Dental Locations. </li><li>Tuesday - Friday work week. 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: $180,000.00 per year</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Health savings account </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Relocation assistance </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>10 hour shift </li><li>Day shift </li><li>Evening shift </li></ul> <p>Work Location: In person</p>
