<p>Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and supporting UAT for accuracy and data integrity.</p> <p>Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Business Analyst job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness for development teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain detailed requirement documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data analysis and data mapping, leveraging strong SQL skills for data mining and problem resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Support LoanIQ processes, including table maintenance, deal setup, accruals, payments, and general ledger accounting.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functional accuracy, data integrity, and user experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing clarifications and governance throughout the project lifecycle.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in financial services and LoanIQ.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in LoanIQ processes, including deal setup, accruals, payments, and general ledger accounting.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and problem resolution.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
