<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Provides mobile lung screening services for patients and providers throughout Knox County and surrounding counties.</p> <p>Performs patient intake and registration for each clinical site.</p> <p>Builds strong relationships within the community.</p> <p>Supports Community Health Improvement as well as other Population Health strategic initiatives.</p> <p>Service</p> <p>Performs various duties</p> <p>a. Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule.</p> <p>b. Demonstrates competency in all computer software used for daily operations: Cerner registration, scheduling, Power Chart, Tracker, PACS, and document scan</p> <p>c. Arrives to all sites one hour prior to first patient start time.</p> <p>d. Maintain all required tracking logs daily.</p> <p>Provides friendly customer service</p> <p>a. Receives zero justified customer complaints.</p> <p>b. Greets each patient with a focus on providing compassionate, professional care.</p> <p>c. Leads by example and demonstrates effective teamwork.</p> <p>d. Assists patients with any physical need.</p> <p>Registration and management of records</p> <p>a. Demonstrates competency and accuracy with patient registration and insurance verification processes.</p> <p>b. Demonstrates knowledge of insurance providers, financial guidelines and available financial resources.</p> <p>c. Ensures that patient chart is prepared for date of service.</p> <p>d. Verifies all patient information to include updated phone numbers, current insurance and orders if indicated.</p> <p>Efficiency and Effectiveness</p> <p>Accurate and fast interaction via computer.</p> <p>a. Types 50 wpm within probation period.</p> <p>b. Typing is accurate and with minimal errors.</p> <p>Communication via telephone and in person</p> <p>a. Processes, synthesizes, and formulates correct action</p> <p>a. 90% accuracy within probationary period.</p> <p>b.
