We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Manager like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>The Senior Account Manager role is responsible for building and strengthening long term business partnerships, oversight of the onboarding, implementation, and overall account health maintenance of our members. Responsible for delivering best in class service to company membership and stakeholders to ensure implementation and alignment of supply chain solutions. Driving business growth within portfolio of assigned accounts; key drivers are helping our members reduce costs, improve quality, achieve standardization, and eliminate waste. Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with members, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, delivering high quality work in a high demand work environment, is key. Assures all business partners have an outstanding experience with HealthTrust such that they would recommend and promote our services to others</p> <p>What you will do in this role includes:</p> <ul> <li>Establishes and maintains professional business relationships, expedites HealthTrust contract participation and aligns HealthTrust service-line solutions for the benefit of assigned members. </li><li>Helps orient new members to HealthTrust/AdvantageTrust systems where applicable. </li><li>Acts as liaison between members and our internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions. </li><li>Achieve reputation for consistent quality, process and work-flow discipline, task execution, judicious exception, and risk management. </li><li>Continually works to improve company and individual performance through measures of reliability, transparency, competency, sincerity, fairness, and vulnerability. </li><li>Collaborate with both external and internal colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and to deliver more efficient and consistent customer value </li></ul> <p>Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain levels of accounts to include small ASC groups, some Extended Care and annual spend up 5 Mil per group. </li><li>Achieve company growth through direct supplier referrals, independent member onboarding, and association pipelines. </li><li>Provide new account onboarding education to members on a GPO supply chain opportunities and compliance. </li><li>Follow cross-department communication ensuring all account information is updated timely and accurately in our customer relationship management system. </li><li>Develop distribution rep relationships with a minimum of 75+ field reps as a future source of new accounts and support overall alignment to distribution supplier contract. To include new rep education. </li><li>Distribution standard process alignment on multiple supplier contracts knowledge. </li><li>Mitigation of risk through sales strategy and negotiation on entry to mid-level accounts. </li></ul> <p>Account Health</p> <ul> <li>Requests custom reports from Data Analytics team for market share analysis, tier maximization and contract compliance. </li><li>Educate members on core portfolio through distributed and direct contracts, program requirements and overall benefits of GPO membership. </li><li>Identifies and shares contract opportunities, and facilitates timely contract activation. </li><li>Recognize and support account maintenance and overall compliance of full portfolio penetration with additional areas of non-medical and purchased services. </li><li>Provide member education and guidance around standard pharmacy services and vaccine program promotion. </li><li>Understand governance, purpose, and role of cost analytics with the ability to navigate cost conversations with both members and distributors around flexible markup. </li><li>Ability to discuss and review contract category opportunities to improve member compliance. </li><li>Complete project-based initiatives that support membership and distribution accuracy and maintenance. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree - Preferred </li><li>4+ years of experience in customer service and/or relationship building - Required </li><li>Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience </li></ul> <p>In todays challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
