Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Mammography and Ultrasound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of two or more imaging departments, ensuring an exemplary patient experience, delivery of high quality services and regulatory compliance requirements. Coordinates the activities of Mission Partners performing imaging procedures in collaboration with the Medical Imaging Manager. Responsible for staffing and ensuring appropriate coverage. May perform direct patient care/imaging as qualified to assist with department workflow. Assists the Manager in financial, capital and staff needs to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School/GED </li><li>Graduate of an approved program in Radiology &/or CHEA or USDOE accredited in ultrasound. </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>ARRT-American Registry of Radiologic Techs </li></ul> <p>Other Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Registration as Mammography Technologist ARRT (M) </li><li>IEMA Licensure </li><li>Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and/or Registered Vascular Technologist </li><li>Current CPR certification thru the American Heart Association </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience as imaging technologist </li></ul> <p>Other skills/knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Enrollment or completion of a Bachelor's program </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of imaging technologist experience </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Mammography Technologist and Ultrasound Sonographer </li></ul> <p>OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
