<ul> <li>Oversee the boilers, chillers, well, and cooling tower while in operation and detect complications using accurate testing and measuring instruments </li><li>Maintain a log of readings to ensure systems are operating according to standards and alert management of variations </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment per the PM schedule </li><li>Monitor and maintain compressed air systems to the plant to prevent failure </li><li>Dismantle equipment to examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Repair or replace defective parts. </li><li>Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. </li><li>Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. Install special functional and structural parts in devices. </li><li>Lubricate and clean parts. </li><li>Set up and operate drill press, grinder, mill and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. </li><li>Start devices to test their performance. </li><li>Request parts (stock and equipment) for purchase and implementation. </li><li>Complete maintenance care obligations according to manufacturer recommendations or as instructed. </li></ul> <p>Perform basic electrical and instrumentation work as required.</p>
