<p>Proven success in implementing core change management capabilities.</p> <p>Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</p> <p>Proficiency in content creation and channel development for communication, interactive stakeholder engagement, and learning/training.</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.</p> <p>Apply TCS Digital Change 4.0 across Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other large-scale transformations.</p> <p>Develop and implement integrated change strategies across business, technology, and cultural dimensions.</p> <p>Lead cross-functional change workstreams and mentor OCM practitioners in digital engagement techniques.</p> <p>Build use-case-driven digital dashboards and tools to drive engagement, monitor program health, and manage compliance for adoption.</p> <p>Coordinate with business and vendor teams to align mission-critical deliverables.</p> <p>Deliver training roadmaps, readiness assessments, and executive sponsorship development plans.</p> <p>Drive stakeholder alignment and introduce governance mechanisms for global ERP rollouts.</p> <p>Balance tactical execution with strategic oversight to ensure sustainable adoption of business transformation initiatives.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Consulting Expertise: Manager (10+)?years in client-facing roles, leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations.</p> <p>OCM Methodologies: Mastery of frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP; proven ability to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and more.</p> <p>ERP & Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Teamcenter (PLM) -even integrations across multi-cloud environments.</p> <p>Workstream Leadership: Demonstrated history managing multiple change streams-balancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risk, and stakeholder alignment. Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage data-driven tools (Power?BI, Tableau, ERP analytics) for readiness insights and decision support.</p> <p>Communication & Training: Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design (microlearning, LMS, VR), and executive-level coaching .</p> <p>Agile Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches using tools like Jira and Smartsheet.</p> <p>Interpersonal Influence: Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skills-especially in global, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance).</p> <p>Diversity & Inclusion: Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in transformation contexts.</p> <p>Salary Range: 179,860-243,340 a year</p> <p>#LI-MM6</p>
