This role focuses on reviewing appraisal reports prepared by reporting appraisers to ensure compliance with USPAP, client engagement requirements, and internal firm standards. The reviewer works closely with producing appraisers and leadership to strengthen analytical rigor, improve reporting standards, and support firmwide QA/QC initiatives.
