This position requires working at the bench and pilot plant to support applications development in the areas of dairy, confection, bakery, and fruit preps. This position is responsible for executing pro-active R&D initiatives as well as customer driven solutions. This individual plays a pivotal role in driving product and process application development, as well as initiatives aimed at maintaining existing business and cost reduction. Understands and considers complex customer requirements across multiple and various platforms, including ingredient availability, application design as well as operational processes and technical requirements.
