<p>Job Title: Site Safety and Health Officer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Site Safety and Health Officer is responsible for managing and performing daily safety responsibilities for specific projects, ensuring compliance with Federal Safety requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and perform daily safety responsibilities for specific projects. </li><li>Ensure projects are constructed in compliance with Federal Safety requirements. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in construction management and site safety. </li><li>Possession of OSHA 30 certification. </li><li>Current EM385 safety certificate. </li><li>5+ years of experience in Federal construction. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Construction-related degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>5+ years of experience with a construction degree, or 10+ years without a degree. </li><li>Experience with USACE, safety, EHS, and safety management. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position requires field work for projects, with an initial week in the corporate office to meet the management team and understand the company culture. There are benefits such as a monthly per diem check, truck allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and a 401k match. Project bonuses are available based on net profit.
