You're in your element using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking?to senior managers and clients.?And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you've got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)</p> </li><li> <p>Give clients options for designs using prototypes</p> </li><li> <p>Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go</p> </li><li> <p>Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Houston, TX but may consider candidates in Nashville TN or Phoenix, AZ.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 1 year of SAP SD experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 6 months of OTC experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You know everything there is to know about SAP OTC processes</p> </li><li> <p>You have hands-on work experience with Hybris, or other ecommerce platforms</p> </li><li> <p>You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools</p> </li><li> <p>You're an ace at managing and delivering projects</p> </li><li> <p>You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
