Our clients trust us with their most valuable possessions, so we're more than just a bit selective when it comes to hiring new team members.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Quality Manager - Service Support will lead and manage a team performing Quality assessments and analysis.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages a team who evaluates work to ensure it meets company and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and review criteria that guide the quality assessment process. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ongoing training for quality assessment staff to ensure they are up to date with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and evaluate the quality assessment process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of concern.
