Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed. </li><li>Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. </li><li>Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient's needs and medical goals. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse </li><li>Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC - (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified </li><li>Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred </li></ul>
