<p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Alera Group is looking for a Senior & Individual Health Market Support Specialist. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>We are looking for a proactive Senior & Individual Market Support Specialist to manage a Life & Health book of business. You will provide top-tier service to existing clients while identifying new sales and cross-selling opportunities through outbound outreach and educational seminars.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Client Service: Manage our current policyholders and "orphan" accounts, helping them with plan changes, renewals, and enrollments to make sure they stay covered and satisfied </li><li>Sales Growth: Conduct outbound telemarketing to set appointments and create cross-selling opportunities for L&H products. </li><li>Specialized Support: Assist clients with Medicare plan changes and Marketplace account updates (income, etc.). </li><li>Outreach: Organize monthly educational seminars and draft professional client proposals and mailings. </li><li>Admin: Create and maintain accurate files and suspense for follow-up action </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent); </li><li>Insurance agency and sales experience preferred </li><li>Knowledge of Medicare, under- and over-age-65 insurance coverage, terminology, and forms </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation; state-specific insurance license and required certifications needed, with a valid driver's license </li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet job requirements with professionalism and adaptability; role responsibilities and requirements may evolve based on business needs </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</p> <p>Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.</p> <p>This job is In-Office.</p> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer.
