<p>Description</p> <p>Kimberton Whole Foods in Malvern is looking for Part-Time Meat & Dairy Stockers!</p> <p>Schedule: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week. One weekend shift & closing shifts are required each week.</p> <p>Availability: Flexible, between hours of 7am-8:30pm</p> <p>Pay: $17/hr depending on experience</p> <p>Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.</p> <p>Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.</p> <p>Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally</p> <p>DAILY OPERATIONS: The Meat & Dairy Stocker's primary responsibilities to execute the following.</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to all. </li><li>Receive and stock all incoming refrigerated/frozen items including fresh meat and fish, local eggs and dairy. Receive and stock fresh bakery items and specialty products. </li><li>Stock and handle products following guidelines for time and temperature demands. </li><li>Prioritization of product, vendor and fresh department logistic; managing multiple small vendors. </li><li>Rotating backstock on a first-in first-out basis. </li><li>Execute the current KWF ordering SOP to maintain fully stocked shelves in all departments. </li><li>Awareness of the general inventory and priorities of the department ensuring no false out of stocks. </li><li>Work in collaboration with the Perishable Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. </li><li>Follow KWF cleaning SOP in collaboration with the Perishable Department Head. This includes weekly cleaning of the meat, dairy and prepared food cases. </li><li>Assist the Front End by scanning customers' groceries and completing all transactions efficiently. Carefully and efficiently bags groceries. </li><li>Assist in other areas of the store as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Physical Capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) - the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers. </li><li>Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects - up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products. </li><li>Stooping, squatting, & kneeling - stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts. </li><li>Walking - short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas. </li><li>Standing- prolonged standing. </li><li>Work environment - movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting). </li><li>Climate - ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis. </li></ul>
