<p>About the Job:</p> <p>As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for your book of renewal business in your assigned territory. You will utilize CRM tools to coordinate renewal activities that result in early and on-time bookings. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers and as well as Account Managers. You will also build strong relationships with Customer Success peers to retain and expand our customer base. Managing a positive customer experience is a critical component of this role with a focus on retention and growth.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all renewal contracts within your territory, driving early and on-time bookings. </li><li>Engage directly with customers to understand budgets, stakeholders, timelines, and approval processes. </li><li>Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. </li><li>Lead the quote-to-close process for renewals, typically 90-120 days ahead of contract expiration. </li><li>Defend against competitive threats and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. </li><li>Support contract management processes, including co-terms, multi-year agreements, and pricing adjustments. </li><li>Partner with Customer Success to monitor account health and drive product adoption. </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data and provide timely updates on renewal pipeline and risk. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales Operations, Partners, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex renewal scenarios. </li><li>Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal targets. </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of renewal management experience in a high-growth B2B software/SaaS environmen </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with confidence </li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce and customer lifecycle tools </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>A highly collaborative, international workplace with a lot of opportunities to grow </li><li>Flexible workplace (3x a week in our Seaport office) </li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits with multiple plans to choose from </li><li>401K with match up to 8% </li><li>PTO, sick, and holiday pay </li><li>Team outings and events </li></ul> <p>Be yourself at Qt</p> <p>At Qt, we appreciate the individual differences of our employees and aim to promote diversity through all our practices.
