A successful candidate will be passionate about guest service and bring their enthusiasm with them to work each and every day!</p> <p>Summary -</p> <p>Responsible for the day-to-day operations in the golf pro shop. Provide customer service, collect fees and maintain cleanliness of clubhouse.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities -</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service and Fee Collection - Operate computer Point of Sale program to check in customers and collect fees and balance a cash register. Answer phone calls. </li><li>Cleaning and stocking - Sweep, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, stock beverage coolers and snacks </li><li>Assist in receiving and selling golf merchandise inventory </li><li>Assist in food and beverage ordering </li><li>Assist in golf event/tournament preparation and execution </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements -</p> <ul> <li>Current resident of WI </li><li>At least One (1) year of experience working in a Golf Pro Shop, customer service, hospitality or related field. </li><li>Ability to lift/carry/push pull 20 lbs </li><li>Must be 18 years old of age during application. </li></ul> <p>NOTE: This original application is open to permanent residents of the state of Wisconsin at the time of application. In accordance with Section 11, Rule 3 of the Civil Service Rules a non-competitive examination will be held for this position.
