You will go beyond executing analytics to shaping the roadmap for sales enablement, marketing, and product evolution</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying white-space opportunity and solving critical business pain points</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Develop innovative analytical solutions that drive actionable insights to enrich a variety of revenue driving functions such as sales enablement, customer lifetime value, and market penetration</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively influences business decision on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Architects and oversees robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Equifax income and employment verification products</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>A Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Data analytics experience in Financial Services industry is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Work experience with regulated data is preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-ES1</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
