Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryLead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sitesROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sitesROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for techniciansROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call intoResponsible for:Overseeing contractors working on projectProviding second level technical support to field technicians and ROC contractorsCreating documentation for projects including instruction manuals (Redbooks)Work with database team to create database structure for projectsWork with vendors as needed for scheduling and coordinationRun and distribute project reports dailyHost and/or attend weekly project meetings with vendors and project stakeholdersTake phone calls from vendor technicians in call center as needed to support projectRequired QualificationsThis is a hybrid position that will require some in office days at our Smithfield, RI location. Candidates should reside a commutable distance to this location.Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word1 Year experience in related field or technical call center1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experienceGood communication and written skillsPreferred QualificationsSupervisory experience in any previous employment2+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experienceIT / Technical Education DegreeEducationMinimum of High School Diploma or GEDAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
