Seeking a Fleet Technician Trainee to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment.</p> <p>Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PMPay: $25.10/Hour</p> <p>CDL Incentive Pay (Additional $1.00/per hour with active CDL A license)-Preferred but not required</p> <p>Perks and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>WEEKLY PAY! </li><li>Union Benefits </li><li>Incentive pay Eligibility 0.25 per T Series ASE certification -Maximum $2.00 per hour </li><li>Paid Time off and holiday pay </li><li>Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment </li><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage </li><li>Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine maintenance of Fleet equipment </li><li>Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system </li><li>Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals </li><li>Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area </li><li>Replaces defective components as instructed </li><li>Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and perform tasks in outdoor settings </li><li>Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices </li><li>This position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years.
