<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Perform moderately complex tasks related to set-up, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure machinery runs efficiently. </li><li>Machinery Operation: Assist in operating machinery in the designated department as needed to meet production demands. </li><li>Quality Inspection: Inspect materials, final products, and machinery for defects to ensure quality standards are met. </li><li>Process Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. </li><li>Production Oversight: Ensure that department output meets organizational expectations and production targets. </li><li>Team Guidance: Guide the manufacturing/operations team in interpreting existing processes and policies, and assist in developing efficiencies or process improvements. </li><li>Documentation: Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately, maintaining proper records. </li><li>5S Standards: Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. </li><li>Compliance: Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. </li><li>Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. </li></ul> <p>Experience and Education</p> <ul> <li>Supervision: Perform work under minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative. </li><li>Problem Solving: Handle complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. </li><li>Knowledge: Possess comprehensive working knowledge of the subject matter related to machinery operation and maintenance. </li><li>Experience: 1 years+ of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment. </li><li>Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group to promote team development and efficiency. </li><li>Certification: Powered industrial equipment certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>#ZR</p>
