You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, accurately, and on budget.</p> <p>You'll:</p> <ul> <li>Manage moderately complex construction materials projects and client relationships </li><li>Review construction plans and specifications and verify compliance in the field </li><li>Analyze and interpret laboratory and field test data </li><li>Prepare proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets </li><li>Track project progress and communicate findings and recommendations to clients </li><li>Mentor junior staff and support field personnel </li><li>Use the latest programs, tools, and technologies in your daily work </li><li>Partner with senior project managers on larger or more complex projects </li><li>Participate in business development and client relationship-building efforts </li></ul> <p>Projects may support public works, transportation, commercial, energy, industrial, or communications infrastructure.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>What Helps You Succeed</p> <p>We're open to a range of backgrounds and encourage conversations-even if you don't check every box.</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field </li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in construction materials, testing, or related services </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Preferred (but not required):</p> <ul> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure </li><li>Master's degree in Engineering </li><li>ICC or NICET certifications </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Terracon is a 100 percent employee-owned multidiscipline consulting firm comprised of more than 8,000 curious minds focused on solving engineering and technical challenges from more than 200 locations nationwide.
